Buddy came into Rescue due to a bad family situation.  He is a beautiful one year old who is very personable and knows his commands.  Once he had all his vetting finished he went to his new family to enjoy a much better life.  His new family says: "Buddy is doing very well. His first week was spent getting to know us, just checking everything out over and over.  By week two Buddy was starting to show his true personality and his puppy goofiness.  He is such a mellow dog and loves attention.  Our children just love him and we are also enjoying getting to know him.  Buddy is already settling into our routines and training us as well!  He enjoys his daily walks around the neighborhood and getting to meet a lot of new people.  He even went to a soccer game at Rio Vista Park.  Buddy's current favorite pastimes include running around the yard, tearing apart squeaky balls, and playing keep away with the kids.  We are so glad he has come to stay!  By the way, Buddy is going by a new name, Bentley, which is fitting.  Bentley means the bent grass in a meadow.   Bentley's tail has a crook in it.  No other name fits him as well."
