All puppies are adorable, but Sammy is one of the most adorable puppies ever! This little guy somehow ended up as a stray. When his finder was unable to locate his original owners, she contacted AGR. Sammy spent some time making the rounds of our Board members’ homes to meet them and their dogs and just be his adorable puppy self before settling down for a nap at Teri’s. After about 10 days with Teri and her pack, he decided he’d like to move in with his adopters. They have another four-legged friend named Hamlin, and Sammy, now Toby, loves playing with him all day long. Toby is still working through some puppy issues such as chewing and jumping, but he is doing very well with his training. He’s quite smart and eager to please. Mom  writes:

Sammy’ is doing great... I think we’ve decided to change his name to Toby. He’s so playful and silly he needs a fun name. He’s adjusted quite well... definitely made himself at home. He’s quite the snuggle bunny at night and our other dog, Hamlin, just looks at him like ‘hey, why are you lying next to my mom and dad?’ So we’re trying to make sure Hamlin gets lots of love also. He’s just as special, too. But they are getting along quite well... they play and play and play.
