Bella is a 1-year-old Goldendoodle. A youngster! This bundle of energy needed a new home due to a change in the family living situation. She received her vetting where a microchip was implanted and the first of two leptospirosis vaccines was given. Her adopter stated: Bella joined Zorra’s (18-061) family in November where she found lots of love and energy from her new parents, three human siblings, and her new BFF Seamus, a 1-year-old Golden with whom she plays all day long.

The adopter, a teacher at a school located in south-central Phoenix, is training Bella to be a therapy dog for children. She relayed: Bella stopped by my school for a short visit the day before winter break. On her way out, she met one of my students who recently lost the ability to walk and speak in complex sentences. Bella loved on the student, prompting him to tell her all about his day. We were all amazed, as we hadn’t heard the student speak so much at once since the injury! I am very grateful for Bella and am looking forward to seeing how she helps more children in the future. Thank you, AGR!
