Pearl, renamed Casey, is a 2-month-old Golden mix who is the adorable sister of 17-009 Nina. She also received all the vetting a new puppy would need. Her new family would receive an addendum for puppy shots and spay surgery also. Casey is now living with an adoptive couple and their resident dogs and cat in Chino Valley. They stated:

Our current family consists of a 12-year-old Border Collie, Dillon, a 7-year-old Whippet mix, Cody, and a 6-year-old Rottie/ Lab mix, Jake, and a 15-year old cat, Bailey. We had read about Golden Retrievers and their gentle nature and felt perhaps our next family member should be a Golden. We decided it was time to welcome a new addition to our family. We applied to Arizona Golden Rescue and were very impressed by how seriously they took the placement of their dogs and the rigorous screening process. Once approved as an adoptive family, we anxiously awaited the call to let us know we had been selected as the perfect home for a Golden. We finally got the call we had been waiting for! Casey is a Golden Retriever and Aussie mix. She is so precious, so much fun and so smart. She was house trained in 10 days! She loves her brothers and sisters and has fit into our family perfectly, filling the hole in our hearts! Every day is a new adventure, and I’m not sure who’s having more fun, Casey or us!
