Lily is an adorable, young 8-month-old Golden/Lab mix surrendered by her owner, who bought her from someone on the side of the road when Lily was just 6 weeks old. Not a good place to buy a dog, as many times people make an impulsive decision to get a dog and then conclude they have no time or real interest in training a young pup. Lily had never been to a vet, so we needed a full spectrum of vaccines and a spaying. She had also never been in a car since she was initially brought home, and lived in the back yard. Well, Lily certainly deserved a better life than this, and we were happy when an adoptive couple were terrifically excited at the opportunity to adopt this young girl and bringing her home as a sister to their Bernese. They have renamed her Riley. Now, Riley, time to get started on your real Golden life! You deserve it!
