23-046 Daytona  puppy was born in rescue. Nothing unusual to report with this male puppy, who was the first-born of  Ivy's  litter of 6. Typical puppy behavior – smart and vocal. He met the resident dogs without incident at an adoptive couple's house in Surprise. While the transporter was going over paperwork – getting the con tract signed, going through our  Your New Dog  manual and hitting the highlights of a  Puppy Tips  handout from AGR – the golf tournament was mentioned as our upcoming large fundraiser. The family perked up and said they would try to get up a foursome – they did, and we really appreciated their participation! At the home, they have a really nice “dog room” with a huge bed and crate that can be gated off. After just a couple days, the adopter said: 

I probably am creating a monster but he slept with us last night and we got up and took him out throughout the night – he did great.  They changed his name to  Ted  and are enjoying watching him grow up.
