Autumn, renamed Maggie, is a 1 1/2-year old Golden whose owner surrendered her to Rescue due to having a new baby on the way. This little angel had never been to the vet or ridden in a car. She had never been on a leash to go for a walk. Autumn was taken to one of our wonderful veterinary partners for an exam, vaccinations, heartworm, and valley fever testing. She also received a microchip and had spay surgery. Autumn was in excellent health and off to meet her adoptive forever family. AGR also authorized a basic training class to assist everyone as Maggie transitions to a new life. Maggie will be enjoying a whole new world. We wish her many years of happiness!
